My apartment is safe and secure. I live in an amazing community in Clovis. I just renewed my lease. 1000 sq ft apartment but must pass background and credit check. Pets are welcomed but Management demands an extra $50. A Month. Based on the total sq feet, I’m guessing the room for rent is approximately 300 sq feet with a walk in closet, access to patio, work out center and spa and all the amenities of the complex. There are swimming pools, a sauna, laundry facilities. I have a room available and will make space in the kitchen, bathroom and front room. I’m semi-retired and very quiet and need the same.

Semi-retired, no fancy cable but have Wi-Fi internet. Utilities run approximately $200. a month and will be shared 50/50. Parking for you will be assigned and covered.
