About the roomies
Hi! I’m the live-in owner of the condo and a full-time professional working in Germantown. During the week, I have a pretty regular work schedule, and I try to keep the shared spaces clean, relaxed, and welcoming. Since I own the place, I take pride in keeping it in great shape, but I absolutely want you to feel at home here too! In my downtime, I enjoy relaxing in the living room - making good use of the TV and wine fridge - or taking advantage of the building’s gym and pool. I’m easygoing, LGBTQ+ friendly, and a big animal lover. I’m looking for a roommate who is responsible, relatively tidy in the common areas, and communicative. If this sounds like a good fit, I’d love to hear from you!
