I work hybrid and am home a few days during the week, and the household is generally pretty quiet. This would be ideal for a responsible professional or student looking for a peaceful place to live. Hi! I’m a marketing professional and graduate student, so I keep a fairly structured routine. I work hybrid and am usually home 3–5 days a week. On office or class days I’m up pretty early. I keep shared spaces very clean and like to maintain tidy common areas. I’m pretty quiet and low-key at home — I don’t have guests often and usually spend my time studying, working, or relaxing. One of the rooms is now filled by a nurse who works at Texas Children’s Hospital and works overnight shifts, so the house tends to be calm and respectful of different schedules.
