The U offers great amenities including a gym, pool, and outdoor lounge. The apartment is about a 10-minute bike ride to campus, and the Unitrans stop is just down the street, making it easy to get around without a car.

Roommates are UC Davis students, friendly, respectful, and generally pretty low-key. They are often away on weekends visiting family in Sacramento, so the apartment stays fairly quiet. Everyone keeps to themselves but enjoys occasional movie nights or hanging out in the living room.
