Since I’m graduating early, this would be a lease takeover through August 31, with the opportunity to renew afterward if you’d like.
The U offers great amenities including a gym, pool, and outdoor lounge. The apartment is about a 10-minute bike ride to UC Davis campus, and the Unitrans stop is just down the street, making it easy to get around without a car.
There is also a spacious living room, kitchen, and dining area. Each unit has four private bedrooms, and every room includes its own bathroom, similar to a master bedroom.
About the roomies
Roommates are UC Davis students, friendly, respectful, and generally pretty low-key. They are often away on weekends visiting family in Sacramento, so the apartment stays fairly quiet. Everyone keeps to themselves but enjoys occasional movie nights or hanging out in the living room.
