Just 2 miles from Redondo Beach Pier, close to Del Amo Mall, Palos Verdes, San Pedro, Carson, Long Beach, Inglewood, Hawthorne, the 405, 110 & 91 freeways & the PCH, 30 minutes from Downtown LA, 15 minutes from LAX. Amazing location.
Available to come check out the place on the weekend or possibly or in the evening. First month’s rent due upon move in; $100 deposit for the room. Background check required plus an application fee of $49.
Applicants will be directed to the Property Office located off Carson St in Torrance if considered.
The room size is approximately 12x12’. Common areas are the living room, kitchen, patio.
Utilities & internet split (gas & electric). On-site laundry, community pool available. Trash is picked up once or twice a week. There is street parking available either in front of the complex or behind the shopping center.
