There is free street parking, or an optional shared garage space for an extra $100 per month(also adds $100 to security deposit). Great area for those who rely on public transit as it’s close to many separate bus routes and grocery stores/pharmacies. Hillcrest and Balboa Park are only a 10 minute walk away and downtown San Diego is a 5-10 minute drive.

I’m in my late 20s, looking for someone who generally prefers to have a space where you can wind down, and the house quiet around 10PM. I usually go out when in a social mood and like my home to be a place to recharge. I love skateboarding, cooking healthy meals at home, and getting up early for the gym. I’m currently doing online college courses for creative writing and will often work on my assignments at the library to get out of the house.
