About the room

The room is 11x12, the picture has furniture in the room just to show how much you can fit in there. The couch is larger than a queen and then you can easily fit an entertainment center and TV. The closet can fit a decent sized dresser. I’ll leave the carpet in the room and you can use it. Just please don’t scratch up the floor.

About the roomies

Usually when home watching tv or gaming. Prefer someone of similar vibe. I work 45-55hrs a week. During summer I try to spend most weekends out. During winter I’m staying home as much as I can.
