The apartment is on Federal Hill. So, it is close to a lot of restaurants and convenient for being able to walk to bars and short distance from downtown. There is also a washer and dryer in the apartment.
Lease renews in September. One or both roommates will be moving out and if the roommate relationship is amicable I am open to have you join on the lease.
In the apartment is my ex-partner, Oscar and myself. Don’t worry, we are civil, hahaha! Plus two dogs. One is my service animal, her name is Reece and she is a super friendly and so is her brother Baloo. If you pass the dog lover test, then you are welcome to apply!
