Conveniently situated about 5 minutes from Firewheel Mall and 10–15 minutes from Plano, Richardson, Garland, Murphy, and Wylie. It’s also 15–20 minutes from UTD and just 10 minutes from the Wylie Collin College campus.
Rent is $850/month, all bills included. The house features a washer and dryer, as well as keyless entry with fingerprint and passcode access to both the house and individual rooms.
