It’s a nice little house on a quiet street next to Hardy. Very central, walking distance to USM, about 8 min drive to Carey. The bathroom, kitchen and living room are shared but especially the living room is spacious. The room is full of natural lighting, windows to two sides and carpet.

The roommates are all responsible students, mostly athletes. No parties, but some dinner evening hangouts. 3 occupied rooms, 2 girls living in one each and a couple of man and woman in one. There are also 3 cute cats living in this house, mostly in one of the occupied rooms, the living room and kitchen. They are easy to keep out of the room if not wanted in there.
