Location: Cutten, a short drive to Murphy’s Downstairs Furnished VERY Large Room (27x14!) with Queen Bed, carpeted, large closet. French doors open to a covered deck overlooking a forested area. Attached bathroom with walk-in shower or bathtub. 15 carpeted stairs from kitchen/main living area to downstairs. The house sits in a cul-de-sac with one neighbor and an AirBnB, with room for parking. Option to access the room from the outside deck. The home is extremely large, recent, and in impeccable shape. It’s uncluttered and very spacious with plenty of room for another person’s belongings. One female house cat and a bearded dragon are the family pets. No other animals possible.

The home provider is a family of 4 people: a single mom, her sister, and 2 children (elementary and high school). They live upstairs but might come down to the play room in the downstairs area. They are mostly early risers, with school, work and activity schedules to get to, and there will be some amount of noise due to a high energy boy :) and music played by the teenager.
