Completely remodeled ranch style brick home 4/2 one is my office, 2 car garage, home sits on almost .5 acre, fenced backyard with a projection screen to watch TV/movies. I do have 2 female French Bulldogs .. I work from home and take classes online, I’m a homebody. I do not go out, party or drink (I will on special occasions) so I’m not looking for someone who does. With that said a male preferably around my age would be ideal .. or even older.

I live alone, well with my two dogs. I don’t NEED a roommate but it would be nice to have someone around .. right now I’m looking at 6 months until I move to a different state but could be longer so if flexibility isn’t an option this wouldn’t be a good fit for you .. I can furnish or I can leave the room empty. bonus points if you’re handy 😆
