Must have proof of a solid job and no drug use or partying. Bathroom is shared with another renter. Interview and monthly contract signing required. Property is close to grocery stores, gyms, and restaurants. The room has large closet space, is fully furnished, and includes all bills. It has a full sized bed, TV, and computer desk. Room available May 31.
