My apartment is gorgeous 11ft high ceilings, central air, washer/dryer in unit and …. A big fenced in patio with trees and flower in the spring. The bedroom is somewhat furnished with a twin bed and dressers. There is ample closet space and storage in the basement. Huge windows overlooking the patio. This is a good area for walking( 5 blocks from broad street) and 24hour public transit. It does get a little loud on the weekends but it’s fun! This neighborhood has a really good energy and it’s a mix of everybody. Street parking can be annoying but I find a place within a block or two.

Right now I’m living alone and my place is too big for one person. I enjoy a safe , Quiet home, respectful of privacy. I have a 2 year old rescue cat Billie Holiday so no pets sorry -she’s extremely sweet and territorial. Having guests over or spend the night no problem! I( no couples) Art, music, 420, dancing, movies, Philly culture, eclectic , calming , and open mindedness is my vibe. I love to talk and enjoy quiet too. I’m easy to talk to and get along with. Just looking for someone who can match my energy or at least respect it and want to make life better every day!
