Please note, rent includes internet only.

Room descriptions: Both photos are of unfurnished rooms. First guest room is furnished with a queen size bed (not photographed). Second guest room is unfurnished and is the perfect size for a dedicated office/study, private living room, yoga room, or storage. I am happy to talk about furnished/unfurnished options. Both rooms are approximately 120 sqft with mirrored closets.

House share with one housemate - a 34-year-old female public service professional. I would like to find an equally dedicated, trustworthy, and easy-going housemate who will treat and care for the home as if it were their own.

Pets: Two small and very well trained cats also live in the home. Unfortunately, we cannot accommodate any other pets at this time.
