A private room in a beautiful, 2 bedroom-2 bathroom modern condo overlooking the Old Oakland neighborhood near Chinatown in Downtown Oakland. This is a great location near the BART station on Broadway, a weekly farmer’s market, a dance studio nearby, and central to some nice eatery spots in the area.

You would have access to a full, private bathroom across from your room though this bathroom is shared with guests who may visit (not very often).

Large furnished living room, kitchen with island, modern appliances, in-unit laundry appliances, and large floor-to-ceiling windows. I generally share everything, I just ask if you use the last of something to replace it.

No shoes allowed in the house!

Parking may be available for an additional monthly cost in the building’s secure garage. However, this is not guaranteed, and only available if other condo owners in the building have available spots to rent. There is street parking available in front of the building and on the side streets.

Security deposit + first month’s rent due at move-in. Background checks and general references will be requested.

I work Monday through Friday but off every other Friday. Though I am in the office 5 days a week (my office is only 5 mins away), I will soon be transitioning to working from home 2 days a week.
