The home is a quiet single-family house with three bedrooms and shared common areas including the kitchen, living room, and bathroom. Parking and internet will be available, and utilities will be included in the monthly rent.

I live with my older daughter, who mostly keeps to herself and spends most of her time in her room, so the home is generally very quiet.
