At the moment, I am in search of a roomate to occupy a room for the next academic year (and beyond that). Rent is 525 + utilities (electric and wifi, which usually comes out to ~80 a month). Maintenance costs are included in the rent, and they are often quick if we do need to contact them. Washer/dryer, dishwasher, fridge, oven are also included and do work. One bath, two bedroom, two story apartment. The one room up for rent (I occupy the other room) is not furnished. It has a spacious closet and enough room for a desk and multiple dressers. Regarding the location, the neighbors are quiet and keep to themselves, there are no frat houses nearby, and we are in very close proximity to HEB. The parking is also free, and there is almost always an available spot in front of the place. The property will be available for move in starting mid May; however, if you need to move in in Agust, that is also okay—we can work that out.

There will just be me and you (the potential roomate) living on the property. As for me, I am a tidy individual and never leave a mess for more than a day. I also am quiet, and never have excessive amounts of people over; I do occasionally have a friend over, but that is not a common occurrence. Some of my hobbies include running, climibing, camping, photography, reading, and lifting. I will be out of the house often due to both school and work, and I meal prep for each week, so I will not be occupying the kitchen or living area that often.
