The apartment is a block from bus route. All utilities would be a shared responsibility; gas, electric, water, garbage, and internet. This is a multilevel dwelling.
About the roomies
The current tenant works full-time during the day, but loves spending free time traveling and doing outdoor activities such as hiking, cycling, and kayaking; enjoys socializing and relaxing. Guests are okay. Looking for a responsible roommate; one who will willingly help keep apartment clean and one who is not a heavy drinker. Sorry no animals. Background check will be completed by the property management company.
