Hello! This is a 4 bedroom 2 bath house located near the Raleys shopping center with sooo many other stores (great location). I would love to stay here for another year or so but I need to look for someone to fill the master bedroom. You will get your own bathroom! Utilities are not included and should cost another ~$150.
I have 3 cats one of which is a tripod and she is so cuteee. You will never smell the litter boxes and I keep everything pretty clean so it won’t smell like cat lol. I mostly stay in my room for watch tv in the living room and I work M-F from 7:30-2:30 as a teachers assistant. My other roommate/friend keeps to himself and mostly games in his room. There is the 4th bedroom and it is currently occupied, but they will be moving out around June - August. We are mid to late twenties and just prefer quiet, we don’t throw parities or anything, just hangouts 2-3 people every few months-ish. The backyard is beautiful and we have lemon/orange trees. We are also cannabis friendly 🍃if you are a couple or 2 people I would charge $1600 for the master. So please reach out! If this sounds great to you!
