Hello, this is a 1bed , 1bath single wide mobile home on 5 acres . This is not a super fancy home but very cozy and in a beautiful place. Person must be 420 friendly and respectful! We use the back half of the property and that would be off limits to the tenant. Tenant would be able to use front 2 acres.
Not really any pics right now as we have a tenant currently living there.
We will pay for trash. You will have to pay for PG&E (electric only) and propane. Air conditioning is window units, and propane heater.
