Looking for someone to take over my lease in this 3 bedroom duplex! Located near the Good Food Store.

Living room is furnished, bedroom is unfurnished. The last picture is the bedroom with a queen bed for size reference. Washer/dryer in unit. Private deck with grill and shared backyard with the duplex neighbors. Large basement crawlspace for extra storage.

Rent is $820. WiFi, electric, and gas will be split between the three of you, usually around $50ish. Can be flexible on move in date, late March/early April. Prorated rent depending on move in. Lease goes til July 14 with option to renew.

About the roomies

You will be living with two ladies, 24, and a sweet little cat. Both are currently taking classes at UM. Looking for another female roommate, age 21-30, no smoking, no pets.
