Renting 1-2 homes in 3 bedroom 2.5 bedroom house in Toney, AL. 2 story house on .25 acres in nice remote neighborhood. 2 story and 1650 sq ft. New construction house. 20 minutes from research park and 30 minutes from Redstone Arsenal.
I currently live in one of the bedrooms and renting out the other two. May just rent out one of them depending on who reaches out, which would guarantee own bathroom. One of them currently has a bed and could be furnished upon request.
Rent is $700 + share of utilities per month. May work a deal out for $650/month for the first roommate.
I have a dog, so renter must be okay with that :) I am pet friendly but obviously have to meet and be okay with my pet. Dog door and fence already installed.
Looking for around 20-35 year old roommate but can be flexible. College students welcome but no kids please.
