I am looking for someone to sublet my room from June 12- September 22. The price includes all utilities Located in the Lettered streets neighborhood, right next to a bus stop but also perfect location to bike to campus. It’s a really cute and SAFE neighborhood while still being super close to downtown.

This is a 2000 sq ft duplex, so it is like a house that takes up half a house. First floor is garage, kitchen and living room and half bath, and second floor is 2 bedrooms and a full bathroom. Small fenced yard, balcony, garage, laundry, and dishwasher. There are 2 parking spots, one of which is yours, and always street parking.

The housemate is a trans woman in her 20’s, she is usually at work and I don’t see her much. Her room is across the hall from yours, which has a huge balcony perfect for watching sunsets and meteor showers.
