In a quiet, gated community. Private bathroom, in-unit laundry, and a gym. Very safe to walk around at night, if you want. There are a couple of grocery stores, coffee shops and bus stops about 5 minutes walk from the apartments. You would be joining the lease for April/May, with a lease renewal of one year. There is an option to have one more pet on the lease, so a cat would be fine. If your budget is a bit less, I’m open to negotiating that.

I am a quiet, neurodivergent person. I have two small dogs and work from home. I am typically awake at night, but am quiet in the communal areas. I am a non-smoker so wouldn’t want any smoking in the house. I’m open to being friends with a roommate or just sharing the space, depending on the vibes.
