About the room
The cost with everything comes closer to $1000 a month but i will pay the difference for you! I just am ready to move into my next place and need someone to take over the lease so i can go. Flexible on move in date! Complex is Springs at Alta Mesa. Not far from the Falcon field airport area. You’ll have your own room and bathroom, 2 big closets with mirrors. Nice area and has a patio. Covered parking space and washer and dryer. Complex has free gym, pools and game room. I already paid all the deposits, and you’ll be the one to get them back at the end of the lease. So you’re making money lol Lease is until Sept 7th but you’re welcome to renew it if you’d like!
About the roomies
One other female lives here with her 2 cats. I’m leaving to move into my own place and looking for someone to take over the rest of my lease. Let me know if you want to come see it!
