The house includes a private backyard, a full kitchen, and a comfortably furnished living room with high-speed internet. One of the standout features is our shared bookshelf packed with a wide variety of board games. Perfect if you enjoy a relaxed, social atmosphere at home. Each bedroom has its own keyed lock for privacy. The neighborhood is quiet and is very safe, with long-term residents nearby. The community also includes a pool (access provided if available). We’re looking for someone who values a clean, respectful living environment and is a good personality fit for the household. What to Expect: If you’re interested and meet the qualifications, we’ll set up a short, casual meet-and-greet with both roommates to make sure it’s a good fit on both sides. If things feel right, we’ll move forward with a lease review and signing.

About Us Jack (25M) – I work as a DevOps Engineer and tend to keep a balance between being social and doing my own thing. I’m generally clean, easygoing, and respectful of shared spaces. My interests include computer engineering, design, tabletop RPGs, board games, writing, and working on cars. Dorian – My longtime friend and roommate, Dorian, is a machinist. He’s friendly and easy to get along with, always down to chat or relax, but also keeps to himself most of the time. His hobbies include bass guitar, drawing, and 3D printing. We don’t host guests often. Usually no more than once a week for a few hours so the house stays pretty low-key.
