Penny's room

Me and my fiancé live in a 2 bedroom 2 bathroom 3rd floor apartment. The second room is furnished with a bed. There is a privacy door that separates the room and bathroom from the rest of the apartment. WiFi available, 55in Tv in the living room. We have 2 pit bulls (very friendly/trained) They have cages, but must be okay with dogs in the house. Looking for a female tenant only.
