About the room
My house is less than two miles from Downtown, German Village and Nationwide Children’s Hospital, with access to multiple bus stops and routes within 2 blocks. Less than five minutes to the nearest Kroger. Ample street parking and one off-street parking spot is available. The neighborhood is quiet and a mix of owners and renters.
The kitchen features a fridge with water filter and icemaker, as well as a dishwasher.
The living room includes a desk/working area, the overstuffed couch folds flat into a queen-sized bed to accommodate guests, and there is a 55-inch 4K TV. There is a backyard with a privacy fence and a deck off the front of the house as well.
I have multiple rooms available on the main floor. Two have Queen-sized beds, one of those includes a desk, and a one room features two twin beds. I live downstairs and the on-site laundry is located in that part of the house.
About the roomies
The main floor has three bedrooms available for rent. I work in healthcare, so I value my quiet time on weekdays especially. When not working, I’m often running, biking or visiting one of the restaurants we have close by. I’m looking for roomies who are kind, respectful and courteous to other housemates and committed to keeping this a relaxing and tidy place to live.
