New room available in Logan Circle townhouse!

A room in our rowhome right in Logan Circle is up for rent, starting Feb. 28. (Total house is 3 bd/2.5 bath) with a gas range, fireplace, outdoor courtyard, and tons of space (and awesome roommates of course). Two other roommates are M32 and M30, full-time professionals in DC. We are the top unit of this building, so well set off from the street.

This room shares a bathroom with one other person. The house and bedroom are completely furnished, so you truly only need to show up with your bags. (Was an old AirBnB so even have linens if you want.)

The house is steps from Logan Circle and easily accessible to the new SAIS campus (via bus/walking/~15 min bike ride) or downtown. Everything you need is a five minute walking distance (groceries, dry cleaning, dining, gyms). Can’t say enough good things about the house/neighborhood.

Utilities run around $50-100pp/month depending on the season. We also have monthly house cleanings, which cost $60 pp and are absolutely worth it. Lease is month-to-month, so perfect for those who are graduating or unsure of their tenure in DC, though at least six months would be preferable - reach out if interested!
