This is a 2 bed,1 bath apartment. There is an in unit washer dryer, central AC and heating, and uncovered parking. Including internet and utilities it is around $750 per person, per month. Fully furnished, minus dining room table. This apartment is pet friendly, pet rent is an extra $70 a month and there’s a $400 non-refundable deposit. Currently no pets live here. The current landlord is very responsive and communicative and fixes things quickly.

Your room will be unfurnished, the living room and kitchen are furnished but there’s always room for a bit more furniture if you have some. The bedroom is sizeable, and has enough room for a full bed, L-Desk, and with room to spare. The apartment is only about 5 minutes away from Costco, WinCo, Walmart, BTECH, and 7 to 10 minutes from USU.

Hi, I’m Nich and I’d be your roommate. I’m 23, currently working full time before I start school part time. I work the closing shift at a pizza place so I’m usually home a bit later than usual each night I work. I like to keep the apartment nice and clean, especially the kitchen as I love to cook and work in food service. I’m a pretty flexible and respectful person

I have quite a few hobbies including cooking, baking, hiking, photography, video games, and I play the saxophone (I usually practice at my work after I close up so you won’t have to worry about being woken up to jazz at 3 am.) I don’t have guests over too often (sometimes weekends) but any and all guests are welcome here.

There are three other units in the apartment. The other people in the units are really considerate, quiet, and respectful people and are very nice every time I’ve had the chance to chat with them.
