I’m searching for a clean, respectful young-adult to share my house with. Preferably a musician or some kind of artist who is around the post-graduate age, any gender. There is one other male living in the house (myself). I am 25 years old. Will not rent to couples. The room will be available January 2020. Must like cats!! I have a friendly indoor cat. I won’t be allowing any other pets, but please feel free to enjoy mine :) Spacious private bedroom and shared bath. The common area includes kitchen, living room, and dining area. Very large yard that you may use for any outdoor activities you enjoy. Plenty of off street parking. Washer/dryer on site. All appliances are in good working order. Bedroom is unfurnished except for a full size bed and mattress. I can move it out if you prefer to bring your own bed. Located in the Grahamwood neighborhood. Friendly neighbors and lots of families around. Very short drive to Kroger and very close to Summer Ave and Highland Ave. No drugs. Smoking outside only. Rent is $500/mo.
