My name is Cait and my husband William and I own the home. The house is a beautiful 100 year old home a 5 minute walk from Dickinson campus. We have two French bulldogs so the you would have to be ok with pets and we could not have any other animals. The room is a large bedroom with wooden floors and a balcony. It will come fully furnished. There will be a queen sized bed, a dresser, a nightstand, the basics. We are flexible with the length of the lease, we can do one semester or more. The room would be $700 furnished and including all utilities (trash, water, sewer, internet… the works)

My husband and I are artists and young professionals in our 30’s and we like to socialize but the house is usually pretty quiet. We have hosted a number of exchange students in our home and love the cultural exchange. Our dogs are the light of our life and they remain crated when my husband and I are not at home so they should not bother you unless you want them to! I work from home and have a pottery studio in the house.
