Kitchen comes with stainless steel appliances with ice and water dispenser, dishes, pots, pans, utensils, coffee maker, toaster and microwave. There are cameras on the exterior of the home for a peace of mind. Centrally located in Avondale near bus line. 5 minutes from University of Cincinnati hospital, Children’s Hospital, UC college, Xavier University and the Cincinnati Zoo.
About the roomies
I have been a landlord for 12 years providing comfortable safe and very accommodating living arrangements for many tenants. This home has been recently renovated and open to three persons who desire a shared living arrangement.
