About the room
A bright, sunny filled room looking out to the quiet backyard. There are full length mirrors on a spacious closet and a full bathroom with bathtub included. In the hallway there is a storage closet I would be more than happy to share. There is a washer and dryer, full kitchen and reserved parking with a pass. I am located in between the 5 and 805, with easy access to both. There are multiple shopping centers within a 10 minute drive and several parks within walking distance, not to mention the location is surrounded by schools so very quiet and family oriented area. There is a YMCA with pool across the street as well!
About the roomies
I am a 27 year old woman that is currently active duty military, looking for someone to rent my third room out. I have two pugs, Kenzo and Frank that would be the other roommates. They are super friendly! I am quiet, clean, friendly, and a homebody. I love home projects, arts, baking, piano, and working out.
