Private room and bathroom available in a quiet, non-smoking home in a peaceful, very “walk/jog friendly” neighborhood. The house is set up in a way that gives everyone a good amount of privacy. One side of the house is my bedroom (with a doggie door) and bathroom, along with a small screened porch and a door to the outside . The middle of the house is a foyer, shared kitchen and living room.

The other side of the house is the private bedroom, bathroom, and study, along with another door to the outside, so you can have a private entrance if you prefer.

Private Room includes: • Queen bed • Dresser and closet • Large TV • High-speed internet • Blinds that keep the light out (blackout curtains can be provided if needed)

I like to keep the house clean and organized. When I’m home, I’m typically either in the kitchen or my bedroom. I’m respectful of space, so if you prefer to keep to yourself, that’s completely fine. If you’re more social and enjoy some conversation or company now and then, that works too.

On weekends I usually have some kind of project going. I pretty much renovated the house and enjoy building, making things, and doing yard work.

I have a friendly 3-year-old pup named Finn. He’s big but mellow (just a little excited when he first meets someone). We usually go to the dog park after work, then it’s home for dinner and a quiet evening.

I don’t smoke and rarely drink. Overall, the house has a calm, respectful environment, which tends to work well for people with busy schedules.
