You will have your own bedroom that receives ample sunlight and the bathroom will be shared. It is a decent sized bedroom and comes with a nice king sized bed. Apartment is fully furnished. The apartment community is nicely landscaped and has 24/7 card/app operated laundry rooms, and there’s a locker facility to retrieve the packages. Ample street parking and guest parking inside the community is not bad. I mostly do street parking given the vicinity of the apartment to the street. You can reserve a parking spot by paying an additional fee. The apartment community also has a gym, pool and is in a very safe neighborhood in West Sunnyvale and is steps away from parks and vta bus stop. It is also close to El Camino Real, 85 freeway and other shopping centers. I’m currently on a month-to-month lease, and you will need to be on the lease as well. Security deposit will be refunded if you provide a one month notice to move out. Single occupancy only.

I’m a quiet, clean and respectful Software engineer in late 30s. I play tennis, pickleball, do yoga, hike, visit fairs/festivals and watch tv shows/movies in my free time and would love to team-up in some of these activities if you’re also interested. I will respect your privacy if you prefer to keep to yourself. I don’t drink or smoke and clean up after using the kitchen and bathroom and expect the same from my roommate as well. No guests please. I’m looking for a respectful and reasonable person who communicates well, and pays rent on time.
