I want to meet up and talk with someone before agreeing to make sure this will be a good thing. looking for 2 rooms to be rented so prices may higher if only 2 people move in. You will need to apply through a property management company (OC Pro Property) to finalize the lease. The home is situated just far enough from the 57 freeway to be quiet. Local stores and restaurants just down the street. It can get a bit noisy during the holidays from the neighbors. the rooms are large, can fit a cal queen bed, dresser, and a large desk comfortably. we have a shared living room with my surround sound system and a smart tv - Open to new feng shui! a kitchen with a gas stove, included washer and dryer. It is an old ’50s home so some things seem dated like the layout of the kitchen. 1.5 restrooms.

As of now it is just me and my best friend living in this 3 bedroom house. Best friend is moving out to follow work. I would like to stay for my work. I am a 31 y/o male - recently graduated from UCI, irvine and started my career job. I work mornings and am generally home by 3:00pm. I can be an at home quiet gamer or go out and do athletics (surfing, skimboarding, hiking, mountain biking, snowboarding, rockclimbing, etc…) We do NOT have to do anything together, but a friend is a friend!
