About the room
We are a looking for someone to take the 4th bedroom in our house in far north Dallas. Move-in would be July 1. The house is right off Dallas North Tollway and George Bush, it is 2,500 square feet with a small back yard. You would be living with three other women and one small dog. We like to keep our house clean, tidy, and friendly. We are all friends, and looking for someone who is responsible, non-smoking, and values clear communication.
Room size: 10’ x 12’
Bathroom: Jack and Jill, so you get your own full “sink room” and share the shower/toilet room with 2 others
Rent: ~$700
Utilities: $125-$200 depending on time of year
About the roomies
I’m 32 and work in medical administration, Blake is 28 and works in finance, and Lexi is 27 and is a flight attendant but starting EMT school soon. I’m happy to answer any other questions you have, and tell me more about yourself! 🙂
