One bedroom and closet available for one person only. In south part of town with few neighbors , and nearby park. Spacious open garage with further parking around the property. The 700 dollars includes Electric, Gas and Internet.
About the roomies
I am a senior looking for someone who is friendly, hardworking, opened to a shared kitchen/shower (which will mainly be yours) a mixed-compound space, and one cat. This space is partially furnished as I do have a small mattress with metal support along with a TV in the living room + washer, dryer, and dishes/silverware that you’re free to use. Keep in mind that if you have many items they may be defunct as you can simply use mine.
Keep in mind that I do have assistance with caregivers at times but that will not be your responsibility. My only requirements from you is that I will need some help with mail box/trash. If you’re interested please feel free to message me at anytime as I am retired.
