One bedroom and closet available for one person only. In south part of town with few neighbors , and nearby park. Spacious open garage with further parking around the property. The 700 dollars includes Electric, Gas and Internet.

About the roomies

I am a senior looking for someone who is friendly, hardworking, opened to a shared kitchen a mixed-compound space, and one senior cat. This space is partially furnished as I do have a small mattress with metal support and a small dresser in the bedroom. there is a TV in the living room + washer, dryer in the laundry room. Dishes/silverware in the kitchen that you’re free to use. Keep in mind that if you have many items they may be defunct as you can simply use mine.

Keep in mind that I do have assistance with caregivers at times but that will not be your responsibility. My only requirements from you is that I will need some help with bringing trash to dumpster. If you’re interested please feel free to message me at anytime as I am retired.
