Looking for someone to take over a lease for our current roomate! Lease ends in July, with option to resign!

Move in Ready, hoping by end of March :) can be flexible.

About the Apartment: 3 bds 1.5 Bath (large bth shared with 1 other roomate) Garden level In unit Washer/Dryer

• Utilities/wifi are typically $50-60 monthly each.

About the current roommates: 🐞 Cade, 22 (they/them) super easy to get along with, spends most of their time playing volleyball when the weather is nice or out climbing, and playing D&D with friends.

Cassie, 20 (she/her) Also super easy to get along with, I work early mornings (M-Th) but quiet, always!! I am the household baker so always got treats in the house at any given time. Big on skiing or climbing up in boulder!

• We are both queer, and open to anyone, no matter how you present yourself. We love a good yap ses but also appreciate our alone time. Chores are usually split evenly, we like to keep our space tidy!
