Large room on its own separate floor with complete privacy, available now. The room is on the 2nd floor of a two-level apartment and there is no one else on the floor, so it’s completely private and quiet.
Apartment is sunny and bright with lots of windows, a large, eat-in kitchen, and hardwood floors throughout. It’s shared with one woman. House is on a quiet street a short drive to shopping and not too far from Route 8.
Off street parking for one car comes with the room. W/D hookups are in basement and there is a small, private backyard.

About the roomies
The apartment is one half of a two-family house. It will be shared with one easy-going woman, who keeps it very neat. There are no pets in the apartment.
