Hello! I am looking for a clean and responsible tenant / roommate for a room in my condo in otay ranch. Room is available starting 4/1. Rent is $1300 with a 6 months lease, with a 1 month deposit returned @ end of lease. Utilities are about $70-90 a month. Here are some of the features of the home: Washer/dryer in unit A/C and Heating Outdoor patio with bbq area Shared parking space with plenty of street parking 2 pools Fitness center Clean and responsible roommates (looking for the same) Non-smoking No pets We are 2 males in the home and are out for most of the day. We are typically home to eat and sleep. We prioritize our sleep so adhering to quiet times is a must. The neighborhood is quiet and tranquil and is located right in the middle of otay ranch.

The room is 13x10 and can be furnished or unfurnished, your choice. Any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

Rodrigo - owner and work full time as a teacher and coach. Out of the house 7am and back home around 7/8pm daily. Weekends I spend outside or playing music for my band (no instruments in the house)
