The home is located in a quiet neighborhood in Orange with easy access to freeways, shopping, and restaurants. It is conveniently located near Children’s Hospital of Orange County (CHOC), MainPlace Mall, Chapman University, and Old Towne Orange Historic District. The room has a sliding glass door that leads directly to the backyard, which brings in a lot of natural light and gives easy outdoor access. The space is best suited for a twin bed and minimal furniture. Tenants will also have access to shared living areas and the kitchen. Street parking is available nearby and the location makes commuting around Orange County convenient.

Right now it is just me living in the house, but my partner will be moving in with me later this year and sharing my room. We are queer, working adults who enjoy a relaxed and respectful home environment. We have a dog and enjoy gaming, board games, and other nerdy hobbies.
