I have lived in the apt complex 8 years. It’s a quiet community in Largo. Community has a park as well as a gym located in the leasing office. The room I am offering is fully furnished with tv I am providing as well. The apt is about 1,070 square feet with open floor plan. Living room has a section very spacious. The dining room has an 8 top table and the kitchen is large which I love. Washer and dryer in unit

I live alone as all my kids are grown and on their own. I work from home and have 2 older cats that are just little love bugs. I keep my living space clean and expect the same in a roommate. I don’t date therefor there would be no overnight guests. As I want it to be a safe comfortable living arrangement for us both. I enjoy caring for plants lol as its been a hobby of mine since my daughter moved out. I would love to meet someone I can become friends with. Also trust and respect for each other is huge to me. I am a home body and don’t go to clubs or bars. Must happier hanging out at home watching a movie and making a good meal.
