My home is located in a secluded woodsy area on several beautiful acres. You would have your own room, shared bathroom, use of the house and property and many amenities including AC, off-street parking, biweekly cleaning, and WiFi. There is no public transportation.

Room is small but furnished. It has a large window with a view of the woods.

It is just me. I am recently widowed, so I’m looking for someone kind and supportive who will be a calm, mature presence in my home. I’m friendly and kind. I have 2 elderly cats who make the house stinky sometimes (I’m sorry) and 1 very young energetic cat.

I work full time as a nanny and I love to cook and bake.

I’m being very intentional in finding a perfect roommate to share my home.

Ideal roommate is 35+, female, and loves cats. No outside pets allowed, sorry.

Lease would be month to month.

Rent discount available for minor help with pet care.

No smoking, vaping, or drugs. Light, responsible use of alcohol only. Security cameras are set up outdoors and in the main areas indoors for security purposes.
