URGENT: Montclair Sublet Available Mid-April! 🚨🏡 I am looking for a girl (ages 22-25) to take over my lease ASAP (mid-April or May 1st start) through the end of August! We are looking for someone who is clean and respectful in shared spaces to join 6 other great girls.

The Price: includes driveway parking! (Utilities separate).
The Room: It’s huge! No closet, but plenty of space for a dresser, hanging rack, and desk. There is a twin sized bed in the room but can fit a full and queen.
The House: You’d share a bathroom with only 2 others. The kitchen is a dream for roommates—3 fridges and evenly split cabinets!
Bonus: Our landlord is amazing if you want to resign for the full year!
