The property is a little Villa well maintained. Very nice area very quiet never had a problem. You also have washer and dryer full size refrigerator full size stove everything is included. The only thing I ask is to pay your bills on time especially your rent. If you can’t afford it do not bother to answer the ad.

There will be no one else in the house you would have it to yourself. You have your own space you can exit on the side of the property and you can enter.
