All utilities included. This room has a walk in closet, it’s own private bathroom. 2-tier deck with BBQ that over looks my private pond. Large fire pit, Pool table. Walking distance to Publix, town & Walmart. 17-20 minutes to Birmingham,10 minutes to downtown Bessemer. Excellent location, safe & quiet neighborhood. Mailing address is Bessemer, but is located in Hueytown, Jefferson County. There are a few exotic cats here. They have their own room (lower level) & their own outdoor enclosure. But they do live here. If you have any questions, just ask.

1 works the other is here. Clean and quiet. Keep to ourselves, but will be social every so often.
